Senior Engineering Technician

Pay Range: $35/hr - $38/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume repetitive testing of commercial and military precision hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues with minimal supervision.
• Analyze time, motion, methods, and speed to enhance efficiency and establish standard production rates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely decision-making in complex situations.
• Maintain accurate time reporting using TWB and assist with Fieldglass registration processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Previous experience in testing and troubleshooting.
• Leadership experience in directing and guiding team members.
