This role is ideal for someone with around 2-4 years' HR experience who is eager to learn, enjoys variety and wants to work within a professional, intellectually stimulating environment.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be key in supporting a busy and collaborative HR function. You will gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, combining employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits, payroll support, HR analytics and HR projects.
This is a genuinely broad generalist role, offering exceptional development opportunities and the chance to learn from experienced HR leaders within a stable and highly regarded business.
About the Role:
Employee Relations & HR Advisory
- Provide practical guidance to managers on employee relations matters
- Support absence management, probation reviews and performance management processes
- Assist with policy reviews and updates
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
- Manage agency relationships and recruitment administration
- Support interview scheduling and candidate experience
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist with benefits administration and employee changes
- Support pension processes and payroll-related activities
- Manage HR-related invoices and benefits data accuracy
HR Projects & Reporting
- Produce HR reports and analytics
- Maintain HR systems and employee records
- Support remuneration activities and wider HR initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the HR function
About You:
- Ideally 3+ years of HR experience in financial services, investment management or a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
