  • Develop and maintain Build-to-Package (BTP) documentation, including parts lists, application lists, and effectivity data.
  • Perform engineering reviews and technical quality checks to ensure document accuracy and configuration compliance.
  • Analyze and resolve electrical integration and wiring-related issues across avionics and aircraft systems.
  • Support aircraft modification, upgrade, and sustainment efforts.
  • Collaborate with systems, avionics, manufacturing, and configuration management teams to ensure successful implementation of engineering changes.
  • Provide engineering approval and support for technical change documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience designing electrical wiring harnesses, schematics, or wiring diagrams.
  • 2+ years of experience using CAD-based electrical design tools such as CATIA, Capital, or equivalent platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience creating and managing Build-to-Package (BTP) documentation.
  • Experience interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
  • Strong understanding of electrical integration, wiring systems, and configuration-controlled environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace or defense industry experience supporting military or commercial aircraft programs.
  • Familiarity with avionics integration and aircraft electrical systems.
  • Experience with engineering data management and product lifecycle management tools.
  • Knowledge of configuration management and engineering change processes.
  • Experience working in regulated, safety-critical environments.
