Job Description

Title: ERP SCM Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 – 9 months

Type: Contract – W2/1099

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriate documentation and subject matter expertise
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned ERP SCM projects across functional and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and key milestones.
  • Manage project scope, requirements, dependencies, and change requests in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project continuity and successful delivery.
  • Escalate critical issues and recommend solutions to project sponsors and leadership teams.
  • Partner with project team to estimate, prioritize, and manage user stories, backlogs, and sprint activities.
  • Monitor project progress, team capacity, and delivery performance against established objectives.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and organizational expectations.
  • Prepare and present project updates, budget reports, status reports, KPI dashboards, and risk assessments to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide oversight for testing activities and defect management.
  • Coordinate cutover planning, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
  • Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in and drive change control processes to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Support service delivery and operational readiness initiatives associated with ERP implementations.
  • Maintain appropriate project documentation and contribute subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success delivering complex ERP projects involving system integrations, process transformation, and organizational change management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and project tracking required.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and operations required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) preferred.
  • Experience within the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), healthcare, medical device, or medical supplies industry.
  • Experience working with system integrators and ERP implementation partners.
