Role Description
Our client s Client Services Managers are at the heart of the success of every project and program the organization undertakes. They are closely involved in the daily activities of each project and are responsible for coordinating objectives and stakeholders, developing and tracking detailed work plans, drafting deliverables, managing teams, achieving milestones, and maintaining clear communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Our client understands that each person brings a unique set of qualifications and wants to ensure that candidates are well suited for this position.
Three or more years of project management experience required
Three or more years of consulting experience required
Three years of healthcare industry experience, including at least one year of project management, change management, or process improvement experience
Availability to travel up to 25%
Experience responding to, managing, developing, or leading Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate project resources, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions
Strong time-management skills and the ability to work with our client s employees, customers, and leadership while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong mathematical and budgeting skills, including the ability to develop, manage, and maintain project budgets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and synthesize data and make decisions that affect project outcomes
Solid understanding of or hands-on experience with healthcare operations, healthcare applications, and IT infrastructure; a technical background is a plus
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Telecom system decommissioning experience
CCaaS deployment experience preferred
Microsoft Teams Voice knowledge preferred
Experience migrating legacy or analog phone systems to UC and CCaaS platforms preferred
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources, client resources, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
Identify and manage scope creep.
Inform leadership of project issues, risks, and variances, and escalate concerns early when appropriate.
Assist in defining project scope and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation based on project scope and staffing assumptions.
Develop, manage, and update detailed project plans and monitor progress using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
Develop client deliverables with input from senior project team members.
Analyze and synthesize data and communicate a logical and compelling story through PowerPoint presentations.
Develop meeting materials, including agendas, supporting documents, and meeting minutes, with input from senior project team members.
Participate in business development activities by identifying potential opportunities and assisting with proposals and Statements of Work.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Successfully manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
