Must-Have Skills:

• Strong QA Lead / Test Lead experience — leadership is mandatory.
• 8+ years QA experience with 3+ years leading QA teams/projects.
• Enterprise Data & Integration testing experience.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Hands-on API / Web Services / Integration testing.
• Data transformation, mapping, reconciliation, and end-to-end workflow testing.
• Strong test automation experience — critical requirement.
• Ability to build/scale API, integration, regression, and data-validation automation.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to lead multiple initiatives.

Good to Have:

• Healthcare / Pharmacy / regulated industry experience.
• Healthcare interoperability / clinical data / data exchange.
• Cloud data platforms.
• Event-driven architecture / distributed systems.
• Performance and reliability testing.
