Roles/Responsibility:

This position will work with the CRM development team to provide the following Software Testing Services:

Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases
Create, execute and validate manual functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail
Create, execute and validate automated test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail
Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data
Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test to define and implement test case automation and clearly communicate to the team
Execute performance and accessibility testing

Mandatory Skills:

8 Years- Experience Testing Complex WebApplications
6 years- Microsoft Service Dynamics 365
6 Years Expertise in SQL
4 Years Experience with JMeter/WAPT Pro or other Load Testing tool
4 Years Automation Experience with Java and TestNG
3 Years Experience with Playwright
2 Years Experience with GitHub Copilot Skills

Desirable Skills:

4 years- Previous experience with Zypher Scale preferred
4 years- Previous experience with Jira preferred
4 years- Power BI
