What You'll Be Doing

• Building and managing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets
• Delivering outstanding customer service while building a strong local reputation
