The Role

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and medical equipment for surgical procedures.
• Assist during surgeries, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform anticipate instrument handling during operative procedures.
• Manage the professional reprocessing and aftercare of instruments and materials.
• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Document procedures and materials used.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of OTA training or a comparable nursing qualification.
• Additional training or experience in operative technology assistance.
• Ability to work independently with a clear task structure.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to reliable collaboration.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) for flexible scheduling.
