Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with 10+ years of mobile application development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android, Kotlin, and Jetpack, with a proven track record of developing scalable, high-performance Android applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
• Develop modern Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack components.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable mobile application components.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
• Integrate Android applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Implement responsive UI designs and optimize applications for different Android devices and screen sizes.
• Write unit and UI tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Stay current with the latest Android SDKs, Kotlin features, and mobile development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Android SDK and Android application development.
• Expert-level experience with Kotlin.
• Strong experience with Android Jetpack components.
• Experience developing modern Android UI using Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns such as MVVM/MVI.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, Git, and version control systems.
• Strong knowledge of Android lifecycle, memory management, threading, and performance optimization.
• Experience writing unit and UI tests.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
