  • Working knowledge of payments regulations and rules.
  • Experience with API-based integrations and cross-functional product delivery across engineering, architecture, UX, operations, implementation, sales, and support.
  • Strong analytical, communication, client discovery, stakeholder management, and senior-leader influence skills, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

What would be great to have

  • Experience working with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of payment rails, messaging standards, fraud trends, risk controls, and customer experience best practices.
  • Experience with SMB onboarding, business account opening, payables, receivables, or integrated payments solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, data warehouses, public cloud platforms, and modern SaaS architectures.
  • Experience in Agile environments and using AI, automation, or workflow technologies to improve productivity and client experiences.
