Product Manager

Experience 

• 8+ years in product management, implementation leadership, or client-facing product delivery, including at least 5 years working in or for higher education domain experience
• Deep experience with at least one higher education system of record, such as a CRM, SIS, or LMS. Examples include Slate, Salesforce Education Cloud, Element451, Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, Workday Student, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Working fluency in SQL and data modelling, including the ability to read schemas, identify problematic joins, and participate in architecture reviews.
• Practical understanding of LLM-based and agentic systems, including retrieval, evaluation, and common failure modes.
• Track record of leading requirements conversations with senior campus stakeholders and executives, and working directly with engineers to turn those findings into buildable specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a track record of producing clear specifications and keeping clients and distributed teams aligned.
• Sound judgment and creative problem-solving when requirements are incomplete or no established playbook exists.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience in enrolment management, student retention, or student success.
• Exposure to Databricks, DBT, or a modern lake house stack.
