Epic Lumens RMR Rebuild Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Epic Lumens RMR Rebuild Consultant in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and optimize Epic Lumens procedural workflows and configurations
• Configure departments, procedures, navigators, profiles, security, rules, and related application components
• Support procedure ordering, scheduling, work queues, appointment setup, and routing workflows
• Perform integrated, regression, and end-to-end workflow testing
• Assist with cutover, go-live, stabilization, production support, and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot complex workflow and configuration issues across integrated applications
• Create clear build documentation, support guides, and knowledge-transfer materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Epic Lumens certification strongly preferred; Epic Radiant and/or Ambulatory certification is a plus
• Candidates with extensive Epic Radiant experience may be considered without Lumens certification
• Strong hands-on experience with procedural build and workflow configuration
• Experience with Epic ordering, scheduling, department records, work queues, and appointment workflows
• Proven experience supporting Epic implementations, testing, go-lives, and production environments
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation, communication, and knowledge-transfer abilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
