SDET Lead

We are looking for SDET Lead @ Dallas, TX

Must-have experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or equivalent object-oriented programming languages.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using tools and frameworks such as REST Assured and Postman.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test strategy development, and quality engineering practices.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems, including Git.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
