Quality Assurance Analyst

Job title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Work schedule: hybrid; 2-3 days in office New York City

Local candidates strongly preferred, possible f-f for final round (after 1 short call and 1hr case study exam)

Key skills: Manual QA 5+ years, Salesforce CRM, UAT, Banking (or similar), heavy customer-facing experience. Will be responsible for Regression and Functional testing (black box) all high level, but some experience with SQL and Excel is helpful. Experience with Agile/Scrum very helpful

Role: Quality Assurance | Banking Division (COO Office)

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience performing the kinds of Quality Assurance work described above
• Experience with Salesforce a strong plus
• Superior oral & written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize and handle multiple workstreams simultaneously, with limited supervision.  
• Proficiency in working in a collaborative team environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Time management skills and ability to deliver results against strict deadlines
• Strong drive, initiative, and motivation to excel; self-starter; accuracy and attention to details in work product
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and SQL a plus
• Experience supporting change management initiatives
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the engagement.
