Student Administrative Aide 1 - Athletics - Women's Basketball

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of practices, workouts, and team activities
• Prepare the court and necessary equipment before practices and workouts
• Assist with basketballs, cones, towels, water, practice gear, and other equipment
• Assist coaches and staff with drills during practice as needed
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the court, equipment areas, and team spaces
• Assist with game-day setup, operations, and postgame breakdown
• Support home games, practices, and other program events
• Assist with recruiting operations as assigned
• Assist with laundry and organization of practice and game gear as needed
• Help with filming or other practice/game responsibilities when assigned
• Maintain a professional attitude and represent Tulane Women’s Basketball appropriately
• Communicate schedule conflicts and availability with staff in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by the coaching staff or Director of Operations

• Current Tulane University student
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to follow directions and take initiative when appropriate
• Professional attitude when interacting with student-athletes, coaches, staff, and visitors
• Basketball knowledge or previous experience is preferred but not required
• Must be available for assigned practices, home games, and other team activities
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on the team schedule
