Role: ESRI GIS Developer - Utility Network Specialist

Utility Network Expertise
Utility Network data modeling (electric, gas, water, sewer, telecom)
Network rules configuration (connectivity, containment, structural attachment)
Asset packages creation and deployment
Subnetwork management (tiers, subnetworks, controllers)
Network topology, validation, and error resolution
Migration from Geometric Network to Utility Network
Trace configurations and analysis (upstream, downstream, isolation, outage)
Development & Programming
Python (ArcPy, automation scripts, data validation, ETL)
