Senior .NET/SQL Full-Stack Developer

Core Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and support enterprise-level applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Backend & Middleware: Design and maintain APIs, REST/SOAP services, and complex middleware integrations.
Database & Reporting: Optimize SQL Server databases (design, stored procedures, performance tuning) and manage business-critical SSRS reports.
Production Support: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across multiple environments and applications.
Modernization & CI/CD: Reduce technical debt, modernize legacy systems, and manage deployments, source control, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure all solutions meet strict accessibility requirements and security standards while partnering closely with QA, analysts, technical staff, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
.NET Ecosystem (5+ Years): Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
Database Mastery (5+ Years): Advanced SQL Server skills, focusing on database design, complex stored procedures, and query performance tuning.
Reporting: Proven experience creating, modifying, and supporting SSRS reports.
API & Integration: Deep experience developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP web services.
Enterprise Experience: Demonstrated background in supporting multi-layer enterprise production applications (front-end, middleware, and backend).
DevOps & Accessibility: Solid working knowledge of Azure DevOps and standard accessibility remediation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience: Prior work within Government, Healthcare, or human services environments.
Legacy Modernization: Proven track record of supporting, maintaining, and updating legacy enterprise systems.
Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
Cloud & Version Control: Experience with AWS services and GitHub.
Certifications: Formal training or certification in digital accessibility.
