Now Hiring: Industrial Electrical QA/QC Supervisor

Location: Childress, TX

Pay Rate: Minimum $60/hour plus per diem

Per Diem: $175 per day, seven days per week, for candidates who meet distance requirements

Position Type: Long-Term Project/Contract

Advantage Technical is hiring an Industrial Electrical QA/QC Supervisor for a large-scale data center construction project. This leadership role will establish and maintain the project's quality program, ensuring electrical work meets design specifications, customer expectations, industry codes, and company standards.



You'll collaborate with project leaders, field operations, commissioning teams, and clients to promote quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.



Job Duties


  • Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection and testing plans

  • Lead QA/QC kickoff and coordination meetings with project and client stakeholders

  • Oversee installation verification, workmanship inspections, and electrical system testing

  • Inspect power distribution, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems

  • Review electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance

  • Identify quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions

  • Maintain complete inspection, testing, and compliance documentation

  • Ensure adherence to NEC, NFPA, IEEE, customer, and project standards

  • Partner with field and commissioning teams to support successful project completion


Required Qualifications


  • Industrial or commercial electrical QA/QC experience

  • Knowledge of electrical construction practices and inspection processes

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

  • Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and applicable industry standards

  • Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and cross-functional project teams
