Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered. Summary: • Develop backend capabilities for system security, emphasizing automation and continuous monitoring. • Build Python-based ReST endpoints, microservices, and data models using Django, Flask, MongoDB, and Docker. • Support system security evaluation and authorization processes. • Experience with AWS • Telework potential after 90 days from hire, employees become eligible for one WFH day per week on either Wednesday or Thursday, based on workload and productivity, and subject to supervisor approval. Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 8+ years • Total Compensation: $306k+ yearly Job Description: • Develop capabilities to shift from manual system security evaluation and authorization to an automated model with streamlined processes, continuous monitoring, and network data gathering. • Provide development, test, deploy, and sustainment of various Python-based ReST endpoints, microservices, and data model management capabilities. • Utilize Django and Flask frameworks to interact with data models stored in MariaDB or MongoDB and send data, in JSON format, to UI front ends. • Provide middleware and backend support to all system applications. • Key skills include Python, Django, MongoDB, Docker, AWS, Software Development, Software Testing, Systems Engineering, System Security, Restful Web Services, and DevOps.
