- Request for Information (RFI) for Trusted Digital Repository - National Museum of Australia
The National Museum of Australia (NMA) is undertaking the implementation of its digital strategy to build a world leading digital museum through multiple streams of digital delivery across its Collections, Experience and Technology (Digital Program).
As a part of this Digital Program the NMA is seeking to develop the necessary policies, infrastructure, systems, skills and standards to collect and preserve digitised and digital cultural collections, and to meet evolving expectations around digital access and engagement. This Program will enable new capability in Digital Preservation, as well as providing the structure for long-term capacity building.
The NMA will use information from this RFI to identify vendors within industry capable of providing a functional TDR as part of the NMA's Digital Program. There is no obligation to respond to this RFI, and submissions are provided on a voluntary basis in accordance with the terms of this RFI.
