The Role • Conduct person-centered assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for children and adolescents with neurological disorders. • Treat acute and chronic neurological conditions affecting communication and swallowing in pediatric patients. • Diagnose and manage communication impairments, including dysphagia, aphasia, and dysarthrophonia. • Provide comprehensive counseling and support to parents throughout the therapy process. • Collaborate effectively within an interprofessional team of therapists and specialists.
