The Role

• Conduct diagnostics and therapy for patients with speech, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Primarily work within neurology and geriatrics.
• Plan and document therapy measures.
• Participate in team meetings and rounds.
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and social services.
• Provide consultations to patients and their families.
• Perform FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) as needed with a physician.
• Independently conduct assessments and create treatment plans based on medical prescriptions.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Ability to work independently and with a conceptual approach.
• Empathy and the capacity for individualized patient care.
• Strong teamwork, engagement, and collegiality.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn clinic documentation systems.
• Readiness to occasionally work weekends and holidays.
