We are currently looking for ' HR Operations Specialist – Workday & ServiceNow' to support one of our clients with the following skills:

Requirement:

Title: HR Operations Specialist – Workday & ServiceNow

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months (Extendable Contract)

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2 (All-Inclusive)

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive HR Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Experience managing HR cases using ServiceNow HRSD or a similar case management platform.
• Knowledge of compensation administration, employee data management, and organizational changes.
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex Tier 2/Tier 3 HR issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Note: This is NOT a remote role. Candidates must be able to work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL, 3–4 days per week, and support EST business hours.
