Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM / Payroll Technical Lead with strong expertise in Workday Studio, BIRT, integrations, reporting, and Core HCM configuration.
Must-Have Skills
- Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Management
- Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, and Core Connectors
- Workday BIRT and Advanced, Custom, Matrix, and Trending Reports
- XML, XSLT, Business Process (BP) configuration, and Workday best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations from scratch, including inbound and outbound integrations.
- Configure and optimize Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Management.
- Develop and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, custom reports, and BIRT reports.
- Work with XML and XSLT to transform and process integration data.
- Lead the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, release management, and production support.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements across existing Workday systems.
- Modify existing configurations and develop new HCM business processes in line with Workday best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the internal team.
- Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and delivery.
