We are looking for a motivated, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. No automotive experience?

This is an opportunity to learn directly from some of the top auto sales managers in the industry. If you are coachable, competitive, and hungry to grow your income and skill set, we will provide the training and structure to help you succeed. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience. Mentorship programs, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives.

Greet and assist customers in a professional and consultative manner
~ Build rapport and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate vehicles
~ Manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments through CRM systems
~ Maintain consistent communication with customers before, during, and after the sale
~Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
~Maintain knowledge of inventory, market trends, and competitor pricing
No experience required – we will train the right candidate
~Sales experience is a plus but not necessary
~ High level of professionalism and personal accountability
~ Ability to work a full-time retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
