Job Description

  • Salesforce Enterprise Architecture with strong multi-cloud integration experience across CRM, ERP, telephony, and SaaS platforms
  • Deep expertise integrating Salesforce with NetSuite, HubSpot, NICE, Boomi, Fivetran, Zapier, and related enterprise systems
  • Strong AI automation experience using Claude, Agentforce, Einstein, or similar platforms for agent orchestration and workflow automation
  • Experience designing enterprise-wide integration strategies, APIs, middleware solutions, and data flow architectures
  • Proven ability to evaluate, optimize, and consolidate technology stacks to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem architecture, governance, security, and best practices
  • Experience supporting GTM, marketing, revenue operations, and customer lifecycle platforms
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions and technical roadmaps
  • Strong communication skills with experience partnering with business leaders, stakeholders, and development teams
