The Role • Engage with inbound callers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. • Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies. • Deliver exceptional service to demonstrate the value of policyholder benefits. • Help customers feel secure and supported while advancing your career in a dynamic industry. • Benefit from a flexible work model, with a significant portion of time in-office and some remote work flexibility. • Contribute to achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment. What You'll Need • Proven success in sales, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • 2+ years of direct sales experience; insurance industry sales experience is preferred. • Familiarity with preparing quotes and advising on policy options. • Ability to prioritize tasks and navigate multiple business applications effectively. • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
