The Role • Engage with inbound callers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. • Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert leads into active policies. • Deliver exceptional service to demonstrate the value of being a policyholder. • Guide customers to protect what matters most to them, offering peace of mind. • Collaborate with team members and leverage internal resources to best serve customers. • Contribute to a positive and impactful customer experience. What You'll Need • Proven success in achieving sales goals and a passion for customer satisfaction. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Adaptability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • 2+ years of direct sales experience; insurance industry sales experience is preferred. • Active Personal Lines Insurance or P&C license is preferred. • High School Diploma required; College degree (2-4 year) preferred.
