Job Description

Build the HR function for a high-growth PE-backed platform
Strategic influence with hands-on operational ownership
About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing, multi-entity industrial and field-services organization backed by sophisticated investors and executing an ambitious growth strategy. The business operates across multiple locations and is actively investing in talent, systems, and operational capabilities to support its next phase of expansion. The organization combines the agility of a growth business with the backing and strategic direction of an established investment group.

Leadership is seeking a pragmatic, commercially focused Human Resources professional who understands how to build fit-for-purpose processes that enable growth rather than create bureaucracy. This is an environment for individuals who enjoy creating structure from the ground up, partnering closely with executives, and remaining actively involved in the day-to-day realities of a growing business.
