Job Description
Title:
HR Generalist
Our client is a small, rapidly growing business funding marketplace. They're looking for a practical, resourceful HR partner who can keep the core people operations running smoothly while helping them build for the next stage. You'll own the foundational HR function in a lean environment. The work is hands on and varied: payroll, benefits administration, recruiting support, onboarding, and day to day employee support.
You'll work closely with leadership and IT, and there's room to contribute to compensation structure and career pathing conversations as the company grows. Run biweekly salary payroll and monthly commission processing. Support recruiting end to end using CareerPlug, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar tools; help coordinate and participate in interviews.
2-4 years of generalist HR experience (payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding).
~ Someone who enjoys supporting a young, competitive, growth minded team and wants to help build the people foundation as the company scales.
