Job Description:

1. 10 years of IT with 5 years of hands-on experience in Splunk Observability Cloud.

2. Create and maintain custom Splunk searches| alerts and saved reports to facilitate proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

3. Define best practices for Splunk deployment| configuration| and administration to help Application Support Team to reduce major incidents| improve MTTR and enhance application monitoring.

4. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal resource utilization.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional team to gather requirement and give them Splunk Observability Cloud solutions.6. Fair understanding of cloud services| database and operating systems.

7. Experience in integrating tools like ServiceNow| AWS etc. with Splunk Observability Cloud.

8. Provide architectural consulting and mentoring to internal teams.

9. Coordinate with IT team for seamless integration of Splunk with existing infrastructure applications.

10 . Implement advanced search and reporting capabilities using SPL.

11. Experience in Infra instrumentation of prime technologies into Splunk Observability Cloud.

12. Experience in ITSI integration and alert management capabilities Essential Skills: Splunk Observability Cloud Architect| Splunk detector and alert configuration| Logs| Synthetics and RUM configuration| Search Processing Language(SPL)
