Key Responsibilities:

1. Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, interviewing and short–listing potential candidates over the phone.
2. Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
3. Timesheet processing and booking handling of the candidates.
4. Consistent achievement of agreed targets and KPIs
5. Building relationships with staff and clients
6. Candidate and client management
7. Supporting business leads / development on the desk , as appropriate

Requirements:

1. Resilient and able to work under pressure (Open to make minimum 80 calls per day)
2. Professional Attitude and hard working

7. Track record of achieving KPI’s

Experience Required:

1. Proven work experience of minimum 3 months managing recruitment process (open for internship experience as well)
2. Excellent communication
3. Hands-on experience on any ERP/CRM/VMS tools along with excel 

 

**Candidate should be ok to work in UK shifts and on need basis support OOO business hours to attend last minute urgent shift / candidate management

Total Experience Expected: 00-02 years
