Job Title: Procurement Operationss Specialist/Fleet & Asset Coordinator

Location: Tulsa, Oklahama

Job Type: Long-term

Role Overview:
Support daily fleet and asset operations, including vehicle administration, asset tracking, inventory, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle assignments, fuel cards, toll passes, maintenance cards, and driver records.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, delivery, maintenance, and returns/disposition.
• Support IT/non-IT asset deployment, shipping, returns, and tracking.
• Maintain accurate asset, vehicle, and inventory records.
• Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills:

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with fleet, asset management, inventory, procurement, logistics, or operations preferred.

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred.
