Job Description

The mission of the Supply Chain Planner is to ensure the right materials are available at the right time by driving efficient procurement activities and Just-in-Time inventory management.
Targets

Contribute to the SCM leadership project 'Lead 2 Lean'
? Delivery - 100% JIT for call-off suppliers like canopies and 95% for stock parts suppliers
? Implement new Internal Level Meetings & critical supplier escalation
? Cost - reduce stock to 15% COGS
? Drive stock management via ILM and other systems in a good way
? Use ILM (Inventory Lifecycle management) for optimum PO management

Contribute to the SCM competence project 'World Class'
? Improve FTR-Material due to SCM to 99%, then 200 ppm
? Contribute to reducing the throughput time and the customer lead time
? Reduce stock adjustments to 0.01%
? Reduce CIF rate on transport efficiency actions
? Cycle count to ensure Physical vs BPCS stock accuracy
? Constant check on 12 months of moving and 24 months of non-moving inventory
? Minimum obsolescence for phase-out project parts

Main Responsibilities

Procure Material in a Just-in-Time flow - 0 Production loss due to Material missing
? Supplier interaction (PO transaction, supplier workload, Chasing parts)
? Release daily PO in time for material required, & monitor them by daily routine
? IT transactions with accuracy, allowing inventory accuracy
? Resolve document discrepancies with suppliers at the warehouse
? Chase vendor's material shortages, and visit them whenever required
? Ensure on-time delivery of parts for NPD thanks to specific monitoring
? Supplier performance monitoring and escalation Management

? Internal Level Meeting coordination
? Material fulfillment vs Level Meeting agreement
? List of critical suppliers to be watched out, the ones to have Sourcing support ...
? Inventory Management
? Monitor inventory vs COGS to maintain optimum inventory without stock-out
? Control over stock, nonmoving, obsolete items
? Daily stock count and variance analysis

Transport Management - Material on-time and at the cheapest transport cost
? Coordinate with Transporters for milk run supplies of local parts (TMS)
? Coordinate companies for sea/ air/ road transport, forwarder and other external agencies to achieve seamless flow of parts
? Optimize transport routings for best transport resources utilization
? Track and certify the milk run transport records for transport payments (TMS)
? Coordinate return logistics of trolleys, skids, and containers with suppliers

Respect IMS principal, and AC Guidelines
? IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14000 & OHSAS) mandatory, legal & internal requirement fulfillment for manufacturing function.
? Hazard identification & risk assessment for assembly lines and Supply Chain.

What we expect of you?

Experience / Educational Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering/SCM; an MBA would be a plus
3 years in Supply Chain with a proven track record
Exposure to an international business environment and large company operations
Fluent in English
Use of IT tools such as ERP (BPCS), MES, MS Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Personality Requirements
Positive attitude, constantly raising the performance bar, and being proactive
Reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and a never-give-up attitude
Very accurate in IT transactions
Able to work effectively under deadlines and maintain a customer-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high ability to work in teams
Prepared to work within a demanding production environment

Demonstrates unquestionable business ethics when working with suppliers and adheres to the "Business Code of Practice"
Available for occasional travel to suppliers
