Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead post-implementation stabilization for Workday benefits, payroll deductions, and third-party vendor integrations.
 
Location: Atlanta, GA (Metro Atlanta locals only)
 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
 
Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person
 
Role Summary
 
Drive root-cause analysis, integration fixes, data reconciliation, and cross-functional team coordination to resolve complex benefits and payroll issues across enterprise systems.
 
Key Qualifications & Skills Required
 
  • Experience:
     
    • 6+ Years: Business process project management
    • 3+ Years: Large-scale project leadership
    • 2+ Years: ERP implementation (specifically Workday HCM / Benefits)
  • Certifications: Active PMP or CAPM
  • Methodologies & Tools: SDLC, Jira, MS Project, or Asana
  • Core Competencies: Issue triage, data reconciliation, vendor management, risk escalation, and executive reporting
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
