<>Job Summary

Seeking an Application Support Developer to provide L2/L3 support for healthcare data platforms and ETL applications. The role will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and supporting data integration and warehouse solutions.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support and incident management for data applications.
• Support and troubleshoot Informatica, Snowflake, SQL Server, and MySQL environments.
• Monitor data pipelines, ETL jobs, and database performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
• Support releases, deployments, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with data, development, and business teams to ensure platform stability.

<>Work Schedule

Must be available to work during EST/ET business hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/ET) and provide operational support as required.
