Job Summary

\n

We are looking for an experienced PEGA Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pega development, workflow automation, case management, integrations, and application configuration.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform.
\n
• Build and configure Pega case management workflows.
\n
• Develop rules, activities, data transforms, flows, sections, and decision strategies.
\n
• Work with Pega integrations, REST APIs, SOAP services, and external systems.
\n
• Implement business rules and process automation.
\n
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Pega applications.
\n
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
\n
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
\n
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
\n

Required Technical Skills

\n

\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
\n
• Experience with Pega case management and BPM.
\n
• Knowledge of:
\n
• Pega Rules and RuleSets
\n
• Activities and Data Transforms
\n
• Flows and Flow Actions
\n
• Decision Tables and Decision Trees
\n
• Report Definitions
\n
• UI configuration and Sections
\n
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
\n
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
\n
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
\n
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
\n
• Experience with Pega Customer Service or Pega Customer Decision Hub.
\n
• Experience with Pega Cloud and application migration.
\n
