The Role • Engage with inbound callers to understand and address their insurance needs, building rapport and trust. • Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and successfully convert quotes into active policies. • Deliver exceptional service to reinforce the value of policyholder membership. • Help customers feel secure and supported while advancing your professional development. • Utilize a flexible work model, working primarily in-office with a portion of remote work after training. What You'll Need • Proven success in achieving sales goals and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to a dynamic environment. • A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience; insurance industry sales experience is a plus. • Active Personal Lines Insurance or P&C license is preferred. • High School Diploma required; a college degree (2-4 year) is preferred. • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple systems.
