ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking a Junior ETL Developer to join their SLP Operations team in Charlotte, NC. In this hybrid position (four days onsite, one day remote), you will play a critical role in supporting data integration and transformation activities across enterprise systems in a cloud-driven environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist in building, enhancing, and maintaining ETL workflows using SQL and Python
• Support data processing and migration tasks within AWS cloud environments
• Monitor ETL jobs, validate outputs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure data quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with senior developers, operations, quality assurance, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
• Proactively learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to strengthen ETL delivery

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Hands-on exposure to SQL and cloud technologies (AWS preferred), with some IT experience
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with scripting languages, especially Python
• Familiarity with version control systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive learner with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
• Local to Charlotte, NC; able to work 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
