The Role

• Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads.
• Plan and manage daily routes and schedules for a team of Field Canvassers in assigned territories, including evenings and weekends.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Field Canvassers, ensuring accountability to marketing goals and KPIs.
• Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local ordinances in all assigned territories.
• Collaborate with local operations and installation teams to expand brand presence.
• Track and report on canvassing lead generation metrics, aiming to exceed established sales lead quotas.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience in field canvassing, specifically within the direct-to-consumer industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing teams.
• Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to evening/weekend schedules.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
