Senior Full Stack / Developer Experience Engineer
Location: New York, NY
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack / Developer Experience Engineer to build self-service developer experiences for an enterprise AI platform. The role focuses on creating intuitive web applications, APIs, developer tools, and reusable workflows that simplify AI adoption across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop modern full-stack web applications and backend services.
  • Build reusable developer portals, skills marketplaces, and workflow automation capabilities.
  • Develop SDKs, CLIs, APIs, and developer tooling.
  • Improve usability through user research and developer feedback.
  • Measure adoption through telemetry and platform analytics.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to continuously improve the developer experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong Full Stack development experience.
  • Experience building developer platforms, portals, workflow systems, or internal tooling.
  • Strong frontend and backend engineering skills.
  • Experience designing extensible systems such as plugin architectures or marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI-enabled applications.
  • Excellent product thinking and UX instincts.
