Position Overview
Janed Enterprises is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator & Customer Service Associate to support customer service, order processing, and marketing initiatives. This position combines customer communication and office responsibilities with social media, newsletters, website content, and sales support. The ideal candidate is computer proficient, organized, creative, and comfortable balancing daily customer needs with ongoing marketing projects.

Marketing Responsibilities
· Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
· Create, schedule, and publish social media content and monitor engagement.
· Write, design, and distribute monthly company newsletters.
· Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, pamphlets, product literature, presentations, and other sales collateral.
· Assist with website updates, product information, news, and other digital content.
· Develop written and visual content for social media, newsletters, website pages, and sales materials.
· Work with the sales team to develop marketing materials and communications that support customer outreach and sales initiatives.
· Assist with communications to current and prospective customers.
· Coordinate marketing campaigns and special projects.
· Conduct market and competitor research as needed.
· Maintain organized marketing files, graphics, photos, and sales collateral.
· Monitor basic website, social media, and marketing performance metrics.

Customer Service Responsibilities
· Process incoming customer orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
· Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email and provide timely, professional assistance.
· Prepare order confirmations, quotes, shipping documents, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipment labels.
· Coordinate with transportation providers and internal departments to ensure orders and shipments are handled properly.
· Invoice orders following shipment or customer pickup.
· Maintain accurate customer information and records.
· Assist with onboarding new customers.
· Process customer sample requests and coordinate necessary information with the sales team.
· Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, shipping, and other requests.
· Maintain and organize customer, order, and sales documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
· Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize work effectively.
· Professional and confident when communicating with customers.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
· Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe products, or similar design tools preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general business software.
· Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
· Previous experience in customer service, marketing, communications, sales, or a related area is preferred.
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
· Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities and projects.
