🚨 Hiring: Senior Non Tech Project Manager/Project Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Eagan, MN - Hybrid | Long-Term

Looking for a non-technical Healthcare Project Manager with 5+ years of project/program management experience to lead complex, cross-functional business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare client implementation, onboarding, and renewals
• Build project plans, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
• Coordinate business teams, clients, vendors, and external partners
• Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and project budgets
• Drive stakeholder communication and operational readiness
• Prepare leadership presentations, reports, dashboards, and recommendations
• Support process improvement and PMO governance

Must Have

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Healthcare / Managed Care experience preferred
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Data-driven decision-making and process improvement experience
