AWS Cloud Engineer - Remote

Need Pharmaceutical domain experience

Requirement:

Experience 8+ years of professional software or platform engineering experience, including demonstrated time

as the senior technical lead on complex, multi-vendor cloud programs. Formal title is not required, but the

accountability must have been real.

Life sciences or healthcare context. Experience delivering technology inside a regulated life science or

healthcare environment pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, medical device, or healthcare provider with enough

exposure to validation, data integrity, and audit expectations to make architecture decisions that hold up and to

work fluently with quality and validation teams.

AWS depth. Solid hands-on knowledge of Step Functions, Lambda, ECS Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3,

EventBridge, and Bedrock enough to recommend the right services and architectures for a given set of

requirements and to be challenged on it.

Languages and IaC. Hands-on proficiency in Python and/or Node.js/JavaScript, and with Terraform or equivalent

infrastructure-as-code.

Vendor and partner management. Experience managing or coordinating offshore development teams, systems

integrators, or specialist firms within a larger program.

Communication. Strong written and verbal skills clear documentation, decision logs, ADRs, and status reports

that hold up under scrutiny.

Agile delivery. Experience running or leading technical delivery across multi-team programs using Scrum or

Kanban.
