Job Description

Empower Certified Consultant, Hybrid

We have an immediate need for an experienced Empower Consultant with strong expertise in Waters Empower 3, pharmaceutical R&D, CDS platforms, GxP/CSV validation, and laboratory systems to support, troubleshoot, upgrade, and validate large-scale chromatography data system environments.

This is a hybrid position based in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ, for a candidate with deep experience in Waters Empower certification, Empower 3, pharmaceutical R&D, CDS upgrades, GxP/CSV, audit trails, access controls, change control, IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, LAC/e workstations, client/server connectivity, chromatography instrumentation, Windows-based lab PCs, network troubleshooting, test scripts, Microsoft 365, and technical team supervision.
