<strong>Data Configuration Management Engineer</strong><br /> <strong>Broad Oak or Scotstoun</strong> | <strong>Hybrid (3 days onsite Tues-Thu)</strong><br /> <strong>£35.02 PAYE or £47.14</strong> | <strong>Inside IR35</strong> | <strong>12-Month Contract</strong><br /> <br /> We're supporting BAE Systems Naval Ships in the search for an Engineer - Product Configuration Management to join the Canadian River Class Destroyer Programme.<br /> <br />We're not looking for managers or highly senior specialists - this is a hands-on engineering support role within a team of experienced Configuration professionals.<br /> <br /> <strong>Key experience:</strong><br /> ✅ Applicants need to be highly technical using Excel, to qualify them they need to explain BOM, formulas, and using excel with ease (if they are unable to do this then they would not meet the criteria).<br /> ✅ Ideally come from a STEM degree and be in the early stages of their career with high technical and computing competency.<br /> ✅ This isn't a Document Control role, it is more of a data management processing role.

The team are working with thousands of rows of data which all need manipulating for configuration checks.<br /> ✅ Confident working with engineering stakeholders<br /> ✅ Wind Chill is not needed, this can be taught so long as the above can be met.<br /> <br /> <strong>Please note:</strong><br /> • Commitment to the hybrid working model is essential<br /> • Windchill experience is desirable, but strong Excel and technical/data skills are equally important<br /> • Candidates must be eligible to meet security clearance requirements<br /> <br /> A great opportunity to gain exposure to complex naval engineering programmes while working with a highly experienced Configuration Management team.<br /> <br /> Interested?
