Alteryx Data Analyst

We re seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong Alteryx expertise to join a Talent Analytics team. This role will focus heavily on using Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI to transform complex datasets, automate analytics workflows, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Alteryx workflows for data transformation, preparation, validation, and automation
• Use SQL to extract, query, and analyze large datasets
• Develop automated and self-service analytics solutions
• Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Perform data validation and peer review SQL/reporting solutions
• Analyze trends and translate complex data into clear business insights
• Gather requirements and independently execute analytics projects from discovery through delivery
• Support predictive analytics and advanced modeling initiatives

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience
• Strong experience building complex Alteryx workflows
• 3+ years of SQL experience with large datasets
• 2+ years of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong data transformation, validation, and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor s degree in a related field

• Python or R/RStudio
• Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
• HR, People, Workforce, or Talent Analytics experience
• Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow experience
