At Archetype, you help clients think bigger, go further, and achieve more. With over 40 years of experience and 21 offices worldwide, you join a team of 650+ creative individuals turning ambitions into success.

Our people are the heart of our achievements. Whether you're starting out or a seasoned pro, if you take pride in your work and have bold ambitions, Archetype might be the place for you.

You are a creative thinker, problem solver, and storyteller. You thrive in a high-standard environment where curiosity is encouraged, ambition is celebrated, and kindness is valued. Your unique ideas and perspectives help us do our best work and make a difference in the world.

The Role

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and client-focused Data Analyst, Media & Marketing to join our Insights & Analytics team. Based in Seattle, New York City, or San Francisco, you'll help clients understand the impact of their communications and marketing programs through thoughtful measurement, actionable insights, and data-driven storytelling.

As a Senior Account Executive-level contributor, you'll independently manage measurement programs across a diverse portfolio of clients while partnering closely with account teams to uncover opportunities, identify trends, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations. You'll work across earned media, social media, influencer marketing, and competitive intelligence while helping evolve the way Archetype measures success for some of the world's leading technology brands.

What You Do

Own day-to-day measurement programs for multiple client accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting

Develop insightful dashboards and reports measuring earned media, social media, influencer performance, and integrated marketing campaigns

Design and manage social listening programs using platforms including Brandwatch, Signal AI, Quid, and other industry-leading tools

Deliver clear, actionable recommendations that help clients optimize communications and marketing strategies

Partner closely with account teams to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics for integrated campaigns

Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

Monitor media, social, and cultural conversations to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities

Conduct competitor research, influencer analysis, market landscape assessments, and audience insights projects

Build Slack monitoring channels and automated reporting workflows that improve client visibility and team collaboration

Lead individual and group training sessions on analytics platforms, reporting best practices, and measurement methodologies

Support new business efforts through research, benchmarking, and measurement recommendations

Champion new technologies and innovative approaches that improve reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities

What You Offer

3–5 years of experience in analytics, communications measurement, digital marketing, consulting, or technology

Previous experience in a PR agency, integrated marketing agency, communications consultancy, or technology company preferred

Strong understanding of earned media, social media, digital marketing, and communications measurement

Experience designing measurement frameworks and translating complex datasets into actionable business insights

Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools

Hands-on experience with social listening and media intelligence platforms including Brandwatch, Signal AI, Quid, Meltwater, or Cision

Experience working with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical programming languages strongly preferred

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present findings to clients and internal stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment

Passion for technology, communications, and using data to solve business challenges

Champion the use of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance research, analytics, reporting, and workflow efficiency
