SAP BRIM Project Manager

Job Summary The SAP BRIM Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP BRIM initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment. The role requires strong SAP BRIM program and project management experience, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional business, technical, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate SAP BRIM functional, technical, integration, and business teams. Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and delivery priorities. Manage integrations across SAP BRIM components and related SAP and non-SAP systems. Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.

Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies. Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities. Work with vendors and offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance expectations. Required Qualifications 8+ years of SAP project/program management experience. Strong hands-on project management experience with SAP BRIM implementations. Good understanding of SAP BRIM components such as Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, and FI-CA.

Experience managing SAP integrations and complex enterprise implementations. Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing multiple teams, vendors, and geographically distributed resources. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM integration. Experience in large-scale technology or product organizations. SAP BRIM certification. PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification.
